Take Me Out to the Ballgame

This is the crocodile. Starting at the left with the nose, head, neck, then the back.
Many years ago a small crocodile lived in a swamp in a far away place. He dreamed of becoming a big crocodile but food was scarce so he decided to go out to the open sea to find food. He was too weak to make it and was very near death when a small boy came along and took pity on him and carried him out to the sea. The crocodile instantly revived and said, "Little boy, you have saved my life. If I can ever help you in any way, please call me and I will be at your command. "
A few years later the boy called the crocodile,  who now was very big and strong, and asked him if he would help him see the world. The crocodile told the boy to climb onto his back and he would take him wherever he wanted. The boy told the crocodile to follow the sun. After traveling for many years, one day the crocodile said to the boy, "Brother,  we have traveled for a long time. But now the time has come for me to die. In memory of your kindness I will turn myself into a beautiful island, where you and your children can live."
As the crocodile died , he grew and grew, his back became the mountains and his scales the hills of Timor Leste. Now when the people of East Timor swim in the ocean,  they enter the water saying "Don't eat me crocodile,  I am your relative ".
Water for the church building is pumped up into a holding tank on top of the roof. Water for the building as well as for the landscape then is pressurized and comes from the tank. The tank has to be filled by two pumps that are at the back of the church that we plug in whenever we come to the building. During the dry months the landlord Waters the landscape and drains the tank dry. When we come in for our meetings or class we have to first plug in the pump to fill the tank so we have water.

The problem is, is that sometimes water pumps are tricky.  The water drains out of the pump and so we have to access the pump and prime it again. That involves opening the water box, taking the lid off of the pump, and then opening up the cap for the water primie reservoir. We pour some water from a picture into the reservoir and then put our thumb to cover the reservoir opening and hope it creates a suction. Sometimes it doesn't and you have to shut off the valve leading from the pump in order to create some back pressure. If all this works we`ll  have water again for the building. If it doesn't then it's a problem.
Since the church is not recognized in Timor leste we are not listed in the find a Meetinghouse locator on the Church website. When you type in our address it refers you to a branch located at the top of Indonesia about 1,000 miles away. Technically we are assigned to a unassigned region that is administered and preside over by the mission president.
All of our English classes start and end with a song. The song has dialogue in it that reviews the concepts taught in the lesson. One of the recent songs was Take Me Out to the Ballgame. Of course the natives here had never heard of it, but they loved it. Here is Cheryl leading the song. Cheryl's a good sport and leads all of the English class songs for us. I think she enjoys it.
